I love that I am often taken up on my offer to make dessert (usually cupcakes) for my friends' events. Elisa is about to have her 4th child so we, of course, had to celebrate with a baby shower. She chose a camping theme and appropriately enough selected a s'mores cupcake from my cupcake book. The recipe definitely looked a little intimidating so I tweaked a few things and they still turned out great. I'm not a huge s'mores fan but if you are, that's what they tasted like.
I also made this absolutely delicious chocolate bark with dried cherries and roasted cayenne pepitas.
