Happy Birthday Grammy Pammy!

Hi Grammy Pammy! Noah wanted to wish you a very Happy Birthday! He misses you and Grandpa and is so excited to see you again this summer!! He's been practicing a lot of new tricks to show off for everyone! We love you both!!

Noah's 1st Christmas!!

Christmas was very memorable this year being that it was Noah's first. We all had a wonderful time being together as a family celebrating the birth of our Savior.

Gabe's Back!!

We all trucked out to Glendale Glitters this evening to check out the festivities. We enjoyed hot chocolate, chocolate dipped strawberries, and a huge apple dipped and rolled in every sugar pleasure you can imagine!! Thanks Shads!! We definitely didn't miss the adventure on this one!

Awesome Day!!

Today was so awesome!! We volunteered at our church's block party for families with less than most (to say the least). Jay built mangers with the kids and I worked at the cotton candy stand and also the face painting table. I am far from an artist, but these kids were thrilled with anything I put on their cheek. We are so happy we stepped out of our "normal" routine. We hope we made a difference in their lives because they have certainly made one in ours.

Santa

We went to Santa's Wonderland at Bass Pro Shops. Noah loved everything there except one thing...Santa. Santa was so nice and sang to him, but he was not having it. He cried until we took him off his lap. Sorry Santa - we'll try again next year!

Noah's SO cute!!

We normally make all of Noah's baby food, but we buy a few jars for convenience when we go out of town. This jar of peaches was left over from Las Vegas so we tried feeding it to him when we ate out yesterday. The only problem was that we don't make his food this watery. After we had enough of it getting everywhere, Jay had the great idea of letting Noah drink it from a straw. Luckily, he learned to drink from a straw a while ago, so it wasn't a problem for him and a lot less messy for all of us!!

Noah and I were playing in his room when I thought he'd look so cute in this basket. He loved it and didn't want to get out!

Aunt Jenna

Today we went to Aunt Jenna's ballet recital and then celebrated her birthday a little early at Floidino's. Happy Birthday Aunt Jenna!!

Birthday Party at Bounce Jungle

Tonight we went to Braeden's 5th Birthday Party at Bounce Jungle. Noah had so much fun going down the slides with Jay!

Last day with Uncle Gabe

Before Gabe left for the airport, we had to put Noah in his special camouflage shirt.

Mimi bought this because it reminded her of Gabe (who has more than a passion for fishing and hunting). Noah had such a great time with him and already loves and misses his Uncle Gabe.

Happy Thanksgiving!!

This truly was a Happy Thanksgiving! Having Gabe out here was so much fun! He really is one of us and fits right in. While the food was in its final stages of preparation, we goofed around in the backyard at Nana and Papa's. Don't be embarassed Mom and Gabe! It's all part of the experience!

Grams couldn't have been happier to see Gabe! She wasn't feeling 100%, but I know she came over because she wanted to get in some quality time with him.

This is an Abercrombie & Fitch ad that Gabe and I posed for. They said we were naturals! We're both considering career changes.

Noah makes the same face everytime he poos. It is so funny - and adorable!!

Vegas!!

Gabe really wanted to see Vegas so we all jumped in Mimi and Popi's minivan and took a road trip. We definitely didn't do Vegas how most do, but it was really fun just being with the family. We walked through most of the hotels/casinos and watched all the free shows. (That's how I roll.) Jay, Gabe, and Jen enjoyed the roller coasters in the evening and also tried their luck on a few slot machines. Gabe actually did pretty well and had a fair share of wins!

Noah fell asleep while we were strolling around the first night. Yes, he is sleeping in this picture. And poor Noah was cut out of this group photo. By the way, does anyone know any details about this buffet deal? (Inside joke)

A Family Reunion!

My brother has arrived! We are really excited that Gabe has come out to meet Noah and spend Thanksgiving with us. Gabe is a super-lover of the outdoors so we took him to Tonto and snapped a few photos.

Noah fell forward when practicing on his walker and hit his cheek. Luckily, there was no blood!

Random Pics

All Noah wants to do is stand. He can't stand alone, but he wants to either hold on to something or hold on to our hands and walk all over the house...for as long as our backs will take it.

Jay comes home for lunch everyday and plays with Noah. He loves "flying" - really rough. We were at Mimi's (my mom) last week and Noah loved playing in this box.
We went to the Fall Festival at Mimi's church on Saturday. Noah had the time of his life dancing to the music and watching all the kids run around. It'll be really fun in the next year or two when Noah can participate in the activities. Jay and I had a different kind of fun eating elephant ears!
Mimi gave Noah a toy that makes a really loud, scary noise so Jay decided to disconnect it. Noah helped...kind of.
